TRAINING

Isidore is committed to training solutions that give our clients the skills and knowledge to ensure our platform is self-sufficient and can be managed in-house. Isidore offers three categories of comprehensive training solutions to support our clients. They include training in the following areas:

  • Given to users during the implementation of the Isidore platform

  • Provided as follow-up support services to Isidore users

  • Knowledge and understanding in CPM systems and business processes

User Training

We understand that the integration of CPM into an organization is more than just software, so Isidore recommends two types of training during the implementation of our platform. We offer user training for the Isidore platform and training in business processes to support the CPM solution.

Prior to launch of the live Isidore platform, our instructors deliver training to the various types of users in the full functionality of the system. This includes users at an Executive, Administration and General level. Isidore can also collaborate with the client’s in-house trainers to provide them with the knowledge and understanding to train their own personnel.

Isidore’s user training has four main components:

Training

Our Project Manager will develop a training plan in Phase III of the implementation and work with our clients to ensure all personnel acquire the necessary skills and knowledge prior to Isidore’s launch.

All training can be conducted either on-site or in a class-room setting. Sessions are organized on a one-to-one or group basis to fit in with the business needs of our clients.

Training as a Support Service

Isidore can provide training to new or existing personnel after the launch of its platform. We offer the flexibility to ensure that any changes in personnel or promotions can be catered for by our training options.

Training in CPM Systems and Business Processes

During the Isidore implementation phases, our service consultants identify any business process or change management training requirements of our clients’ personnel. At the same time as the user training or during the implementation phases, Isidore can also provide personalized training as required. Our Project Manager will liaise with our clients on identified gaps in knowledge or understanding of their personnel.

This type of training can also be offered outside of an implementation, on an ad-hoc basis to organizations that need to upgrade their personnel’s skills in CPM systems and business processes.
