Isidore offers our clients the power and control to administer their Isidore software. When an organization purchases CPM systems and solutions – they need to have the ability to control and configure their own programs. Often with CPM software, the configuring of reports and administration tasks either requires outside consultants or places heavier workloads on I.T. Departments. This in itself can cause headaches and detracts from optimizing operations and strengthening organizational performance.
One of the unique benefits that Isidore offers clients is the ability to keep the control of Isidore’s administration in-house. During Isidore’s implementation stage, training is provided for all levels of users (including administrative users) in utilizing the intuitive administration tools. Because administration functions can be carried out by internal staff, this leaves the power and knowledge within the organization, and alleviates the need to rely on Isidore to perform common changes or re-configurations.

Workflow Engine
During budgeting and planning cycles, one of the most frustrating and time consuming tasks for Senior Managers is administering the allocation of tasks to their line managers and other staff.
Isidore alleviates the frustration and rapidly reduces the preparation time for budgets and forecasting through its workflow engine.
Isidore’s integrated workflow engine gives Managers the ability to monitor activities, assign tasks and alert other staff to areas of interest. All users can access the easy to use workflow tools. The workflow engine allows users to include comments and tasks against budget items and values. All tasks and alerts are displayed for each user on their home page to identify which tasks have been assigned to them and their status. Managers are then able to monitor the status of tasks with one click rather than needing to continuously follow up in meetings, via telephone, email or other applications.
Senior Managers are better able to manage the approval and status of budgets through the workflow engine. They are able to raise alerts to any other user, linking to the specific area of concern with one click. Managers can also request approval to budgets or alterations from line managers before inclusion in financial statements. Isidore’s workflow engine dramatically reduces the timeframe for budgeting and forecasting cycles along with creating far greater transparency and efficiency. |
