CRS previously relied on spreadsheets and Microsoft’s Access database to collect budget information from their 170 offices in Australia. Through the Isidore platform CRS Australia has streamlined the collation of budgeting information, instituted a forecasting model and developed a suite of financial and strategic executive monthly reports for their Board. These reports include strategic milestone/revenue vs. expenditure, allowing the CRS Australia executive and Board to analyze performance indicators and results on a monthly basis.
